Why should I report an Issue with DropShadow for Instagram?

1. on 100 % opacity should be more darker in centre shadow direction & also blur radius at 4-5% it should be more dark square because it looks oval.Thank you a lot man... Can't say how much I missed the app... And how much happ I'm today... Keep the great work going! For thos who don't know about the app... It's a small app which gives your images a shadow effect which makes them appearance of an art work framed on a wall... Kudos to the developer team and happy drop shadowing 👍I run a facebook page for Veterans and I use a lot of photos on the page, this app provides the photos with a bit of interest.

2. -Cropping, rotation and flipping of imported images -No clear indication how to go back to main ui (had to tap outside the options) -Plus (+) and minus (-) buttons or textfield for exact values -Function to retain last configuration when importing another image -Function to create custom preset configurations -Not able to fully use the whole screen of tall screen phones -Rounded corners for images & shadow -Custom color picker for shadow & background colorUnable to save images into my phone.

3. It would be great if the menu didnt move around (moves left or right as you try to adjust) maybe a: "next" or "back"? ..and for some reason portrait pics are loaded on their side? Other then that great job! P.S. what would make this perfect is if you could save a preset of settings, frame, color....etc! 4. eg it lands on 4 instead of 5 and I have to try a couple of times to get it.I am using this app since July everything is fine & I like the most important part is that size of photo don't hamper after editing & if some more features Will be added then no one can compete this app in drop shadow.

5. I'll give 5 stars once done.I use that app for all my insta photos, it is good but would be better if it saved the frame so I don't have to re adjust for every photo and if it had arrows instead of dragging the circle as it always lands one number off.

6. The ability to rotate photos within the app would be a real bonus.Good..But it has no options to rotate, resize, crop and change the ratio of image.

7. The storage access is enabled and the app is able to select images from the phone.

8. But it gives error when I try to save the edited images to my phone.

9. When I select Export and "Save picture to album" the error says "EACCESS: Permission Denied".

10. Hope next update will satisfies more.Nice concept.

11. It has default 1:1 Ratio but it should be adjustable like 4:5 ,19:6 ,16:9 etc.

1. Fix DropShadow Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DropShadow: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DropShadow App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DropShadow" » Open DropShadow for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DropShadow » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DropShadow for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DropShadow servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DropShadow for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DropShadow app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DropShadow might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DropShadow. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DropShadow then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DropShadow not working

2. Fix DropShadow Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DropShadow be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DropShadow not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DropShadow may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
