Why should I report an Issue with InstaFit: Square for Instagram?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of chanim to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. What's the point of this app then? UninstallingI've never written a bad review for an app, but unfortunately this app is now completely useless to resize photos and change the background colour since this new update!! I opened it today and cannot change a thing for my photos.. I recommended this app to someone I know the other day and I'm sadly very disappointed I did since these options don't exist anymore for the intended app use! Please reconsider going back to previous version and I will update my review to 5 stars!It has the second part that i need.

2. Edit: after almost a year none of the features added... seems like dead development.It needs a 4x5 portrait option as for now it only has 1x1 (square), thus not utilising all the vertical space we can have in Instagram.

3. I will happily give it 5 stars if they make a better picture compression.I have a galaxy note 10, I'm not able to fit entire photos on my feed on Instagram.

4. When I try to post the picture it says image cannot be uploaded and if I try from my gallery after saving it from the app and then upload it to Instagram, still doesn't fit.

5. Also, I'd pay a couple of euro to remove ads.Simple and easy to use, however it reduces the quality of your photos comparing to other apps.

6. I love how I can fit existing image into a predefined frame (besically a very convenient cropping).Worthless. Doesn't do what most people would intend to use the app for.

1. Fix InstaFit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InstaFit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InstaFit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InstaFit" » Open InstaFit: Square for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InstaFit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InstaFit: Square for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InstaFit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InstaFit: Square for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InstaFit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InstaFit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InstaFit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InstaFit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InstaFit not working

2. Fix InstaFit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InstaFit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InstaFit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, InstaFit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
