1. Loved it ...a free valuable tips...please make it usable when the specific text has been selected... While we select a text it should also give characters and word count...then add a lock feature to it....then add text styling feature like bold strike thorough italic and hyperlinks.

3. With an option of plain "paper" instead, I'd trial this fully and there's a good chance I'd like it.Don't remember an update but everything is now perfect with one drawback to making this a 10 star app: the ability to make app dark - black background with white lettering.

1. Fix Notes + Word Counter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notes + Word Counter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notes + Word Counter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notes + Word Counter" » Open Notes + Word Counter :NOTEBOSS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notes + Word Counter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notes + Word Counter :NOTEBOSS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notes + Word Counter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notes + Word Counter :NOTEBOSS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notes + Word Counter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notes + Word Counter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notes + Word Counter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notes + Word Counter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notes + Word Counter not working
