1. The airline was nice enough to help out with the purchase of tickets for the next flight, but this service was a complete detrimentShow me full final price! Not before during and after taxes and fees! Don't be airbnb!Filters are dropped when doing new search.

2. Trip didn't notify me of this, and didn't refund their booking fee, as, "the tickets had been issued successfully." It's ridiculous to pay a fee for a service that wasn't fruitful.

3. The trip coins thing is a waste of time.Really enjoy using this app because the prices it shows are always correct and it will notify you of offers, price changes, and travel updates.

4. You can also add itinerary notes which is really cool!Requested a flight change hours in advance to a plane with the same airline that had tickets available, verified by the airline itself.

1. Fix Trip.com Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Trip.com: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

3. Clear Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Trip.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Trip.com: Book Flights, Hotels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Trip.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Trip.com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Trip.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Trip.com then reinstall.
