1. If i pick color, and size, it filters out what does not meet the criteria, but when I'm about to send an item to a shopping cart, I need to pick the size again.I used to love using the 6pm app.

2. Why change something that works? Great deals and great finds! I've discovered a lot of great brands here! You're my go-to for fashions, especially shoes!I have ordered many pairs of shoes from this app and have always gotten them right on time.

3. I'm hoping it's just a tech issue on your end....I wouldve given this a 5 but at this point I'm so frustrated that it's definitely effecting my opinion of this app as a whole.I absolutely love the items and prices, but navigating on your site is extremely frustrating.

4. (left leg bka high functioning amputee) Also I can then just focus on color and price, vs will this heel height be too high? or will there be too many height changes between different shoes? these are the things a prosthetic wearer worries about.

5. (they have cute shoes so bonus really) been using their site for over 3 years now.

1. Fix 6PM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 6PM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 6PM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "6PM" » Open 6PM - Shoes, Clothes & More » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 6PM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 6PM - Shoes, Clothes & More app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 6PM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "6PM - Shoes, Clothes & More" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 6PM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 6PM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 6PM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 6PM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 6PM not working

2. Fix 6PM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 6PM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 6PM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 6PM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
