Please fix.This app is great, and I think I had chat with owner for requesting update for additions that could work for me, and they where very helpful.Freezes and reopening every 5 minutes would've been a great app if it wasn't freezing and if you could actually download the catalog on pdf everytime I try the app throughs me outI have reached the point of giving up.

2. Tried many other options before, but none is good like this one! I can upload and share many catalogues, manage my products and so on.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zahomy Issues

1. Fix Zahomy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Zahomy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Zahomy App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Zahomy" » Open Zahomy: Create, Share Catalogs » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Zahomy » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Zahomy: Create, Share Catalogs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Zahomy servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Zahomy: Create, Share Catalogs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Zahomy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Zahomy might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zahomy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zahomy then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Zahomy not working


2. Fix Zahomy Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Zahomy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Zahomy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Zahomy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
