I have been trying to reach Phonto but did not get a response. I purchased the Phonto ad free app and the filter feature for my ipad. Unfortunately once I purchased the ad free version the filters are no longer available. I really like this app and loved the filters that’s why I purchased it. But I would like to know how to get the filters back up and running. I have gone in and try to restore my purchases but that did not work please let me know To get this app to work properly. Additionally I would like to know if I need to download it a second time on my phone if I want to be able to use it from my phone as well.
