Why should I report an Issue with Photo Text - Write on Picture?

1. It has to be one by one then get back to home again and then start again to enter in gallery wooh! Hope you can make it more easy and continously to edit photos, that's all.!Not so bad but not very good also! Needs more "editing" of this app.

2. I sent an email to the developers & have received no response.Excellent...most convenient..easy to use It will be very nice if curve text writing is also added....Thanks Image editing not functioning.

3. I wish you could just scroll down to the font you like them pick the advance options.This used to be my favorite app for adding text and titles to my photos.

4. I have been using it for more than 3 years.hmmm.. It is slightly not that so easy to use and edit, little bit hard to continously edit more photos.

5. With my Verizon Android, it takes my photos and with a routine "Update", forced re-sorts them into "albums", (which I hate to no end).

6. Thanks Verizon for scattering my years of photos into your own dictorial stylings! So, my first experience here was completely useless.

7. This App seems to only pull photos from the device's "main" Gallery Album for editing.

8. Yes auto effects are good, so am not denying it but I wish there were more of a choice to add normal texting selecting the writing style without the auto effect.

9. Just select a photo and write a message to be inserted on it with edit Function to place the message where you need it to be, that is it any one required to do by it which it does.

10. Could not find options to select other gallery albums.

11. The only thing I would chance is the form to find the font you want, you have to click and click and keeping clicking until you find the one your like.

1. Fix Photo Text Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Text: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Text App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Text" » Open Photo Text - Write on Picture » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Text » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Text - Write on Picture app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Text servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Text - Write on Picture" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Text app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Text might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Text. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Text then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Text not working

2. Fix Photo Text Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Text be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Text not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Text may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
