Why should I report an Issue with Text on Photo - Fontmania?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. at least it didn't have ads popping up all over in front of you period if you like stickers it might be worth itBest app ever! But could you add fonts with color and thick cursive maybe? I do love that you can add adorable and high quality calligraphy quotes and things.

2. There aren't a lot of customization options for the artwork or text, there are not many fonts, the fonts are plain, and no option to buy or add your own fonts either.I use several apps in this category, for various purposes.

3. If you only need a handful of basic fonts, effects, quotes, & optiona to add to pics this is for you.

4. Seems to work fine with Android.I might have bought the app but I'd need a couple of weeks making up my mind.

5. and water Mark's on the photos... I get it is a free app and you want/need revenue.. but it is super annoying and just dosent worth it.So far the only thing annoying, I'd say would be the ads.

6. The keyboard covers the workspace, you cannot see what you're typing into text field.

7. Please get it! I kind of wish that they could add the feature to be able to change the font size.

1. Fix Text on Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Text on Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Text on Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Text on Photo" » Open Text on Photo - Fontmania » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Text on Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Text on Photo - Fontmania app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Text on Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Text on Photo - Fontmania" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Text on Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Text on Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Text on Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Text on Photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Text on Photo not working

2. Fix Text on Photo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Text on Photo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Text on Photo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Text on Photo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
