1. What could be the issue? Otherwise app is fairly goodVery easy to use, intuitive and life saving for quick receipts and invoices...Thanks Young treps, its a nice app and business tool, however it doesnt generate pdf for android 8 .What's wrong with phone no format.

2. am not sure if its selective to particular android OS!!!I can't generate the pdf invoice, even after going through the full process.

3. Try and work on this, because this is totally uselessI've generated over 20 receipts using yo app but when generating a receipt report, some receipts are missing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Sales Assistant Issues

1. Fix Sales Assistant Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Sales Assistant: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Sales Assistant App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sales Assistant" » Open Sales Assistant » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sales Assistant » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Sales Assistant app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sales Assistant servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sales Assistant" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Sales Assistant app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sales Assistant might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Sales Assistant. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sales Assistant then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sales Assistant not working


2. Fix Sales Assistant Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sales Assistant be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
