1. When I select the file that I wish to compress, the following screen is a prompt to either purchase a 1 month membership ($6.99) or 'Start Free [3 day] Trial' ($39.99/yr automatically charged after trial) No, thanks, I'll just find an app that does what I need without trying to rip me off.
2. This app allows me to shrink videos down by up to 95% with only one step down in resolution and no other loss in quality! Only complaint is there are pop-up ads EVERYWHERE, but I'll deal with it because I haven't found any other app that can convert a 200Mb video to 20mbThe videos I've converted from .mov to .mp4 using this app aren't even close to being the same quality.
3. That's fine if I'm trying to compress them, but I'm trying to convert them without compromising quality, and this app does NOT perform as advertised.Amazing!! Super easy to use!! Quick! Simple! Straight to the point! No 'over-the-top' list of confusing settings.
4. Made in perfection when you just need to quickly trim a video and send it out!! And file downloading your edited finishes is magnificent!! Had only 15%, low battery and still moved faster than a hummingbird's flight pattern.
5. Including HD.Says it's free, but it's only for a 3-day trial period after it's $69.99/year. It doesn't work well, took all night to compress a 5min mp4.
6. Compression takes about 1 to 1:30 minutes, but that's not the apps fault, it's quite a task for a phone.Don't fall for the trap: the "premium" version will not be given free when they offer it to you should you decide to install an ad application.
7. I notice the converted videos file sizes are significantly smaller, which likely contributes to the decrease in quality.
8. I tried many times but each time I select my video to compress, a paywall for the VIP edition pops up and covers the whole screen.
9. Even when converting the videos, the application still compresses the video files.
10. App is completely free for basic functions including compressing all kinds of videos.
11. Any 'free trial' which automatically charges the customer at end of trial is an intentional effort to rip people off because it relies on consumers to forget to cancel.Used to be great.
My lists of compressed videos and voice recordings have disappeared .how do i get them back ?
