9. Called their HelpDesk and their workaround is to uninstall app, then reinstall it every time I need to use it.
10. I can set up my bills for auto pay and not worry about if my monthly bills are paid on time.
11. I've complained to the company that issues my bills, and they stated they are looking at alternatives.
