My experience: the only workout I can access is the beginner one (I'm way past that); if I try opening the other plans the app stops working and immediately crashes; if a notification comes through my phone, the workout starts again from the beginning, without option to move forward; annoying music that you can mute just whilst into work out.Too badThe excercises are not even to each leg.

4. That way we avoid a lot of internal injuries caused due to rapidly changing posture after every exercise in a rush to keep pace with the hurried music.I have been doing the courses daily and I haven't noticed a difference.

9. In short ,there are much better apps.Just got this app so for thoose who want to know how good the app is I'm rating it per day Day1:thigh size 54.5cm no result really tired and hard Day2:Way to many ads if you click a button at least 2 ads will pop up please fix.

10. Doesn't have complet exercise for both sides, if you press info for an exercise it skips that one! The tips for food don't open.

11. My only suggestion would be to sequence the exercise to standing set, sitting set, side postures, supine and prone.
