1. Apart from that I've found the app useful and not had issues with it.So far so good, however am not receiving order notifications so having to check the app to make sure nothing is missed.

2. Also, it does not work correctly with translated items! In addition, you may find differences between the web version and the app version , like coupon expiration date calculation!I was locked out of my account.

3. Buggy mess, and frustrating to use.Update: Getting better! Now I get notifications for orders from all of my connected stores.

4. Please can this be fixed.Saves me having to log into my email to view sales so I never miss a sale and ship out in good time.

5. Unfortunately for the past week, I haven't been able to see my store stats or orders on PC or within the app.

6. Furthermore (and most importantly), it seems you can only receive notifications for the currently selected store.

7. Give an alternative means of syncing and allow us to edit at least the basics of a product on the go.Worked very well for most of this year, five star well actually.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix WooCommerce Issues

1. Fix WooCommerce Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart WooCommerce: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the WooCommerce App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WooCommerce" » Open WooCommerce » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WooCommerce » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear WooCommerce app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WooCommerce servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WooCommerce" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check WooCommerce app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WooCommerce might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall WooCommerce. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WooCommerce then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WooCommerce not working


2. Fix WooCommerce Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WooCommerce be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WooCommerce not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WooCommerce may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
