Google please look into this I have already lost my data 😭😡Doesn't work , as soon as you chose desired functions it asks you to go premium , I just bought subscription and guess what it didn't work, took ages to validate data and got stuck on different percentages.scam .tried 20 times on 3 different phones like oneplus 8 pro , Samsung note 10 , and oneplus 7 pro, didn't work on any of them , and there is no support for this app on their website.please save yourself some money and go through windows iCloud download procedure.way easy and reliable..avoidDid not even transfer contacts just photos.

GrrrrrrrrWorst experience with this app... it only shows that data will be restored but wehn it comes to the process it always shows the network error..It doesnt work.... when i sign in to my icloud it says "network connection failed please try again later" i tried after my wifi with my data connection it still says the same.

3. How can i fix this? I have a very strong connection but it says the samePlease include WhatsApp chat transfer from iphone to any Android phone..that would be really helpfull as it is very difficult to transfer from laptop.hope you consider this and give this facility into the app.Waste of time... Also for desktop version.

4. Then tried different app copy my data, and it worked!Transfers calender data over in wireless mode but notice start time changed in one event.

5. Total Thieves - I was in a rush to transfer data off of my old phone and found the app in what was no doubt a paid review.

6. Reminders appear to transfer over according to transfer report but haven't been able to find reminders in the reminder app nor Alexa.Rip off.

7. in .Bak. when I tried to copy to my new phone it is asking for 30 dollars.

9. I took a backup of my old phone in rush.

10. Only when downloaded and set up does it tell you photos are free - for everything else its $9.99 annual subscription.

11. When I installed in the begginning it didn't have any warning asked for anything about the pricing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Issues

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MobileTrans - Copy Data to Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobileTrans - Copy Data to Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working


2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
