So if the app seems like it isn't working, check ur wifi strength and retry when both phones have better wifi.Worked brilliantly, tried various apps to transfer loads of pics and videos from my old s3 phone.. None worked so gave up, that was 2 years ago.. Came across this app, thought I'd give it a go and in less that half an hour everything was transferred to my "new" phone perfectly.. So i can't rate this high enough.. It worked for me.

I have no service on my old phone and as soon as I select the sender & receiver, it tries to set up a Wi-Fi hot spot on my old phone.

3. Then when I finally was able to shut that down and pressed sender and receiver respectively, it just kept going and going and both phones didn't recognize the other at all! I un and re-installed but it was the same.

1. Fix CLONEit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CLONEit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CLONEit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CLONEit" » Open CLONEit - Batch Copy All Data » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CLONEit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CLONEit - Batch Copy All Data app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CLONEit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CLONEit - Batch Copy All Data" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CLONEit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CLONEit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CLONEit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CLONEit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CLONEit not working

2. Fix CLONEit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CLONEit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CLONEit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CLONEit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
