1. pathetic!what kind of a services' application that not available most of the day !! after i install the app , i tried to order many times but gave me a message that there is no available services in your area ...by the way I am living at an active area in the city !!!You always come on my face in every ad so you are annoying me!!!!! And I hope this problem will be fixed, and please try not to come in ad because there is no program as you annoying me and come on my face ' you always interrupt me when I see a movie or doing an important things , so please get out on my mind !!! I hate these ad's !!!Worst app I order here I thought it would be smooth why it says my order delivered when I receive nothing.

2. Call center does not respondhave tried this app almost 5 times with my order cancelled or ignored by the store.

3. My order was not approved and got cancelled for no apparent reason!My order was always cancelled by the store, without sending the reason to my email why they cancelled it.

1. Fix Baqala Express Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Baqala Express: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Baqala Express App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Baqala Express" » Open Baqala Express » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Baqala Express » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Baqala Express app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Baqala Express servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Baqala Express" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Baqala Express app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Baqala Express might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Baqala Express. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Baqala Express then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Baqala Express not working
