1. It's perfect when u come to products variety and availability.. The delivery guys are amazing but the shoppers every single time have mistakes and calling them explaining the matter and returning the product waiting for the replacement all of this extra process is inconvineint and could be avoided.. I love this app and I need it but I can't give more chances for more mistakes I hope u improve tht side asapApp is good but my last order had some unexpected quality of things!!! I had in my list 12crayons pack but I received it only with 10 pieces in which 3 were broken ☹️.. Also few items I didn't get and no way they could tell me as it is not available!! I was not charged for those items.. I wish u could add rating each order seperatly and to inform the customer in case of an item is unavailable.. Thank uI placed my initial order and it was missing a few items.

2. They never did & no one came 2 return the 900 fils! EDIT: They called after 2 days & delivered the missing item 👍They were good but now the service is the worst 😑 the food is delivered toooo late and the frozen items were defrosted🤮 and the receipt was the wrong money☹.

3. Products also tooo costly from it's original price...too bad...plz dont waste your time here...instead try Hunger station...Hunger station is an excellent app....They called 2 inform me that an item priced 900 fils was out of stock, but I couldn't answer at the time.

4. They delivered the order & my mother took it but the driver never mentioned the missing item and he took the full amount of money and went away.

5. Once again thank you so much Baqala team for the quality services.Very worst experience .....they wont deliver all the products which has been ordered, and delivery is also not on time.

6. Nice idea and looking forward to see more variety of products.Hard to find things with awkward categories, many things are sold out, they replaced something without my approval then dropped an item without refunding me the difference.
