1. Bluetooth often does not work and will not connect when I get a calls, but yet it works when people call my cell number.The app doesn't even work.
2. We are paying for softphone licenses and can't even use themone more reason to switch to TMobile home wifi! This app looks like an office suite phone app and there is nowhere to pay or look at your bill.
3. Terrible terrible app.If I could give this app ZERO STARS I would! Not only does it not work correctly but their own help desk couldn't even figure out the problem.
4. You're actively undermining my ability to do my job.This app makes me want to risk the Coronavirus to go back to work in the office and use my office phone.
5. And Windstream has a very poor customer service... We've been trying to get someone to help us with a myriad of problems for months with no luck... Stay away from signing a contract with them!!!The old app was completely functional.
6. What's the point of creating a new app that completely destroys functionality and curtails your options? I haven't been receiving any notifications regarding voicemails for days now.
7. Also takes over the proximity sensor so that as long as you have the app running in the background, moving your finger over part of your screen will black out the entire display.Old app wasn't perfect, but at least it worked.
8. Now I no longer receive voicemails via email (that functionality doesn't even seem to be an option anymore), which was the only way I could access them, since they don't update in the app.
9. Now this new WeConnect app is a total disaster... it renders the entire phone system unusable.
10. I have to call out to people multiple times just to be heard, the connection is often staticky, clients are continually saying they can't hear me, the app is constantly kicking me out.
11. It periodically goes offline, so I wind up missing calls from my colleagues and customers.
