Wholee Customer Insights

1. Any suggestions? Or am I just plum outta luck? Please help me devs.I'm addicted, yes the app has its flaws but also has its pros.. my orders come around the two week mark (can't complain) sometime i wish they had option for faster shipping but it's all good.. products are usually what they say they are, here and there; there's some that are not accurate (I do contact when that happens).. the descriptions on some items like shoes, clothes, and others should be better (like length, heel size, fabric type, quantity per item, etc) but overall not too bad.There was lots of graphical issues, like words being cut off, or way to zoomed to fit on the screen, images as well.

2. I've been more pleased than disappointed.I received my order in just 9 days and the items met or exceeded my expectations! I just wish the descriptions were more detailed ie: how many pieces per package, what fabrics are made of, more detailed sizing charts for clothing.

3. It makes me give up and stop looking when I have to keep seeing the same items over, and over again to get where I left off and look at new items.It simply doesn't work... I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 times, and every time I open it, it just says "something went wrong" and doesn't show a single listing.

4. Better than Wish simply because the shipping price remains the same no matter how many items you buy.

5. The prices are great and shipping is quick but I've had a few items that were not so great after I've had them awhile.

6. Says wholesale but there is definitely cheaper apps for the same items, and that have free shipping.

7. This happens way too often, and the item is relisted at a higher price.It's hard to shop, when I've scrolled down, quite a bit, and click on an item I'm interested and decide to go back, it starts all over from the beginning, a the top, instead of where it was left off before I clicked on the item.

8. The average product takes about a month to arrive but for the price, it's well worth the wait.The quality and prices of goods and apparel are very reasonable.

9. I rarely spend anything because the games I play I get money to get the items.

10. A lot of times items do not ship because it 'didn't pass their quality inspection'.

11. Which is complete BS - it's because the item isn't available at that price, NOT because of their 'quality control'.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Wholee Issues

1. Fix Wholee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Wholee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Wholee App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Wholee" » Open Wholee - Online Shopping App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Wholee » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Wholee - Online Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Wholee servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Wholee - Online Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Wholee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Wholee might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Wholee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Wholee then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Wholee not working


2. Fix Wholee Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Wholee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Wholee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Wholee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    Please make note of the address of where it was Returned. I did the transaction at the Post Office in Bischofswiesen, Germany in Nov. and had to go to the Post Office this past Tuesday 01/02/22 because I cannot find the Track ID#. I was told to contact DHL which I did and have been trying to get the tracking # for days. I spoke to someone today and told them the address but they said they were not able to give me information without the tracking#. It seems like a no win situation and I do not want to pay 55,90 for Returned items and have nothing. I am so frustrated and upset over this and that this is still an on going problem without a solution as of yet since November. Please help me with this!! I supplied you with the address, the returned items must be there!! Please get back to me as soon as possible.
