1. Having now had access to the plethora of content presented by different practitioners with varying subject matter, I can wholeheartedly recommend the app.As a beginner learning to practice meditation, it's been very helpful in knowing how to meditate and be mindful, and to be told what is ok or expected.

Either the app is broken and unable to access the whole database, or there is some flagrant false advertising going on here.While I've been aware of and practicing mindfulness for years, the commitment to spending a minimum of 5 minutes a day with this app has made a remarkable difference in my mental state over the last 5 months.
3. Quite often, i cannot even finish the session because my phone is tuning down performance to avoid catching on fire.The Mindfulness 101 program was pretty good.
4. While there sleep course did not function properly, I still found it effective.Good but the fact it requests a rating of every session is FRUSTRATING.
5. Please bring back the Sleep Courses! I was using the sleep course for the music to help me fall back to sleep in the middle of the night.
6. Big disappointment.so i managed to get the software finally working, and it had some great content, however when i watch a 5 minute video it only gives me 4 minutes towards my daily goals.
7. Same goes for rate this app, I know how to rate an app, I do not need the reminders.Having been a long time Headspace user I was a little skeptical that this app would offer anything useful at all.
8. At first I thought it was because the screen on my phone would shut off, but then I discovered a few times the screen was still on and the music had stop just a few minutes into playing.
9. The beginning meditation sessions have really been more like mini cognitive behavioral therapy sessions that have encouraged me to look into my own life and reactions and address some of my own mess.
10. I like the facilitator's voice (even though it's not British) and also like the gong that sounds at the end of each session.Though i like the content, I'm deeply concerned what this app is doing while watching a session.
11. If the idea is to be mindful we need the ability to turn off the mandatory thumbs up/thumbs down at the end of every session.
