1. This App needs serious improvements.Totally useless, nonworking app—can't even open it! Installed on a brand new Samsung, a year old Samsung, and an iPhone to see if it was the phone causing it.

2. In this day and age a reliable app is essential to a business on the move.I dont like how the dates are off within the App showing a month behind and I dont know if it's because I chose paperless but there is no actual invoice view to see the breakdown other than fuel purchases.

3. Crashes constantly and shouldn't for as basic as it is! The only thing that seems to work is that they made sure you can make a payment.Every time I try to log on, it tells me something went wrong.

4. I installed to new phone that is up to date with softwares and still does not allow me to login.

5. Needs a update/fix to allow users to log in even after changing their passwordThis app is not ready for prime time it needs so much work.

6. Constant trouble logging inTo maintain access to this app you must periodically login to the website.

7. Making a payments should b easyWas working great but for the past few months it has not allowed me to login.

8. I do not travel with my bill so I tried to make the payment with a Representative over the phone.

9. Won't let me log in ever since I was forced to change my password because it "expired." Can still log in to the website but the app is now useless.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Fleet SmartHub Issues

1. Fix Fleet SmartHub Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Fleet SmartHub: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Fleet SmartHub App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fleet SmartHub" » Open Fleet SmartHub » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fleet SmartHub » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Fleet SmartHub app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fleet SmartHub servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fleet SmartHub" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Fleet SmartHub app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fleet SmartHub might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Fleet SmartHub. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fleet SmartHub then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fleet SmartHub not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fleet SmartHub be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fleet SmartHub not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fleet SmartHub may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
