1. I am really interested with the integration with fitness apps & wearables and will update the review after I do.UI is a mess of random analytics and correlations built on data with a huge margin of error.
2. For the new Samsung Watch 4+, we have a very cool functionality with auto-measuring and there will be many other features.Great app and surprisingly accurate some apps are just a name and only give the illusion that its performing a service.
3. The answer, basically, was a suggestion to buy a new watch: Developers have looked into your data (...), Tizen watch provides limited development options and their support is very difficult.
4. But most of it falls into the realm of vague 'you are a fit individual doing great or unfit and under extreme stress' .Gives good HRV data but that's about it.
5. More than half the time, though, it insists I must be moving my finger, my whole body, or otherwise using it wrong, when I'm literally just lying or sitting down, holding completely still, with my arm supported and the camera and flash covered, as per the instructions.
6. It doesn't sync with my fitbit for correct fitness data so the app thinks I don't do anything all day.
7. Especially when your not always feeling that great. The redesign is improving! The only problem is that the app doesn't try to re-instate a Bluetooth connection when it briefly loses it.
8. Not great, in my opinion...Samsung watch reading is unstable.
9. It takes more then a week to ingest the data and how it pertains to you (baseline/trends) but worth it.
10. If we get access to raw data, that'd be exciting for those of us that are big in data analyticsI've wished for an app like this for so long and Welltory has done a fantastic job! However, I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could.
11. I do prefer seeing data displayed a little more cohesively + layers .
Without a hitch, and a full believer in the product, I have utilized your program on and off for years due to my fragile health status. Yet, this last attempt resulted in my debit card being debited 55.30, on December 18th for what I believed was the PRO version. This assumption was validated by the debit card transaction (see below) and the “ANNUAL” that had appeared next to my name when I utilized the program for approximately 4 measurements.
I had purposely, and was fully under the impression that I had purchased the program via the web site and NOT the App Store (in order to receive the promoted discounted rate) and maybe the reason (although concerning/confusing) why I believe it never appeared on my IPhone as a “purchase” or a “subscription”??
In short, it’s clear (by my receipt below) that I purchased something but today there is no “ANNUAL“ notice by my name but only an invite to upgrade (of which I already paid for). As a result, I obviously I need to resolve this matter and be credited with your service that has been debited from my card.
Thank you in advance for your time, and consideration to fully resolve this matter.
Sincerely,
Sandra Edwards
