1. This is a bad app! Very disappointed!This app was great and the step in the right direction considering your website, general customer service and payment methods are terrible but now you have removed the ability to use Google pay and it only accepts one type of card, why does this even exist now? for the 1% of people who happen to have a discover card? lolEasy to become paper free! Easy to track my own bill, and easy to pay, yea! Thanks! I have another online bill that still sends paper bill for receipt, another step to stop this!So easy! No fee to pay thru checking account, but convenient for you either way.

2. I went through a browser and found out I made 3 duplicate payments.app is very user friendly however the navigation and the way you submit information can be a little off-putting, it is not like other apps so it can be a bit confusing at first.So far so good.

3. I just paid a small amount due now & have more due in 9 days.it keeps saying my bill will be 6 thousand dollars in notifications but no where in the app I can fine the same information.
