1. This is a great app.I saw a few bad reviews, but it does exactly what it says! It's literally a green screen! It's not advertised as being anything else! If you want a plain green screen on your phone, then install this, but if not, don't be a bum bum and complain in the reviews! I'm very happy with my green screen, so nuggets to you!great app for green screen it looks based on reviews no one has any idea what this is for really well to clear that up it's for when you video record you can remove your phone screen and replace it with a video or image people really should learn before writing reviews 🤣You wouldn't do anything for me like I have great Wi-Fi it says tap anyone to see menu and I tap anywhere and it still won't work so this is why I wanted to give it a zero star rating.

1. Fix Green Screen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Green Screen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Green Screen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Green Screen" » Open Green Screen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Green Screen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Green Screen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Green Screen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Green Screen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Green Screen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Green Screen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Green Screen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Green Screen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Green Screen not working

2. Fix Green Screen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Green Screen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Green Screen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Green Screen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
