1. I don't know who decided that having machines that require a super unresponsive app to turn them on was better than just using quarters, but it's a hell of an inconvenience waiting ten to twenty minutes for the app to detect a machine just to turn it on.

2. Keep back-up quarters since it seems to be fickle when it works, even if you've already started laundry.I would give them a 2.3 but you can't, so I guess it's a 2, their app is awful, they don't have weekend customer service and for as bad as it screws up, it's just bad business.

Just an example, the last screw up, I put money in my account on a Saturday, and it didn' show, I sent multipule emails and attempted to call multiple times as well, I was trying to get everything done that weekend because of life circumstances, so it's been a mees all because of their incompetence.

4. I'll go to start the washer/dryer, occasionally the app will crash, and I'll find that the machine hasn't started, yet the app has still taken money out of my account.

5. I miss the old coin operated machines my apartments used to have, this new system suckshorrible app and a horrible technical solution.

6. Takes a minute or two for your machines to appear in the list, so launch the app before loading your laundry.

7. Cannot add money and time to dryers, Cannot change credit cards to add funds to a diff card.

8. The timer is working on one but the timer for the other does not progress when the app is minimized, so the times currently show as 15 minutes remaining and 27 minutes remaining.

9. Sometimes the app can't find your machines so you're either restarting the phone or waiting for the app to find it.

10. Overall it's an okay app.This app has a real hard time finding its machines.

1. Restart Greenwald Pay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Greenwald Pay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Greenwald Pay" » Open Greenwald Pay » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Greenwald Pay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Greenwald Pay app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Greenwald Pay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Greenwald Pay" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Greenwald Pay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Greenwald Pay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Greenwald Pay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Greenwald Pay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Greenwald Pay not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Greenwald Pay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
