1. I don't want viruses of any kind on my devices, so please fix this.I was watching something on Google and suddenly an page saying my phone has 2 viruses, a timing of 4 minutes and 4x seconds, and a download button which leads to this app here.

2. if anything, im sure the app will do more harm than this "virus" it claims i have lolMy phone prompted me that I had two viruses and and that I had 5 minutes to download this app.

3. i simply was just importing my audio for an animation on a slightly sketchy site, though it worked, and you advertisement popped up for a virus with my phone name and model, and i had 5 minutes to install the app or my phone will be corrupted or smth.

I know they were to collect my information about the sites I visited, and everything that I did, but when it started to act up I uninstalled it, and then reinstalled, but I couldn't, because whenever I tried to log back in with the account I set up I was told someone else already signed up with my account, yes someone did, ME!!!! So since I can't use it I'll be uninstalling this app permanently, which I recommend no one else download.So, I was looking something up on Google, and I clicked on a website.

5. I am playing a game or watching YouTube and a tab randomly pops up and says I have 5 deadly viruses to delete and I have 5 minutes left or whatever and sometimes an ad plays out of nowhere.

Be careful everyone.20210708. #MyMobileSecure seems like a great idea for a VPN app, free and added security, however, the internet drops are frequent and it doesn't allow me to manually turn it off or to select which apps to approve.

8. I downloaded it and reopened up my browser to a new page and what do ya know, the time started over and told me again that I had more viruses.

10. After getting into the website, Google said that I had a virus, and about 4 minutes until my tablet was corrupted.

1. Fix My Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My" » Open My Mobile Secure VPN » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Mobile Secure VPN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Mobile Secure VPN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My not working

2. Fix My Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
