1. I'm a Galaxy Note Ultra 20 user.I like it because it breaks down your Associates in your memberships and those that are inactive is the first time I've seen LS engage it's really helpful to see what's going on with my organization and where I need to see what's going on with my organization so I can help them achieve their level that they one thank youApp is great when it works, after updating whenever I tap on it to open.

2. I like the ls service, but as a rep this is a total headache and a total loss!I like the app and all the great resources, however I keep having issues with it not tracking the activity of a contact.

3. The only issue I'm having is when closing out or backing out it's as if I have duplicates that I have to keep tapping backwards to get out unless I continue to log out and log back in.The worst app ever.

4. The only "issue" I have is I have two LS Engage icons after downloading, and when I uninstall one it removes both icons and the app completely.App keeps closing since July 24.

5. If you seek help they blame the passwords, change passwords & makes it even worse! Contact support over & over with no response.

6. It will open then close.I am experiencing the same issue that others seem to be having.

7. When is this problem going to be addressed? It used to work fine.

8. Need a damn class just to be able to navigate thru the app.

9. Recently it took 2 months to get this issue fixed.

10. However I need to use on desktop or laptop which is not possible for some reason.

11. Very frustrating!the app is easy to use overall and quick to just send information to prospects.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix LS Engage Issues

1. Fix LS Engage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart LS Engage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the LS Engage App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LS Engage" » Open LS Engage » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LS Engage » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear LS Engage app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LS Engage servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LS Engage" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check LS Engage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LS Engage might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall LS Engage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LS Engage then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LS Engage not working


2. Fix LS Engage Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LS Engage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LS Engage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LS Engage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
