1. I don't from London but its one best & Easy App to use if you don't know how to Get A-Z underground system.Sadly gone downhill over the last couple of years with massive lack of development, very out-of-date missing stations and doesn't include the Elizabeth line.
2. Shame, as previously it was a decent app - and the 'Minute Map' between stations is really useful. For the regular visitor to London who still gets a bit confused about eg which branch of the northern line they need to be on, this has always proved its worth.
3. No update when Nine Elms and Battersea stations were opened in 2021, and more importantly no update for the Elizabeth Line.
4. Doesn't have the Elizabeth Line which opened six months ago! Needs an urgent update from the developers to add this.
5. I can understand not changing it when there were some temporary changes in the tube but not adding a new line in the map?!?!?!Used to be just a simple tube/train map, no frills, quick to load and easy to use.
6. I've recently discovered the 'View on internet map' which links to google maps so can find where I'm going outside the station.Superb. Very simple to use and completely offline so works whilst underground.
7. Also useful to see which other tube stations are close by for those odd occasions you get to a tube station and it's closed for maintenance.
8. Had it for years, now uninstalled. One off the Best London Tube station App, But I would have given it (5☆).
9. Missing several stations and the Elizabeth Line.
10. Why is it running any processes at all?? I haven't intentionally used the app for a couple of months, while I've not been to London.Sadly this now seems to be abandon-ware.
11. The New Elizabeth Line doesn't work on the App.
