1. best use is it can tell you what carriage to be in to line up with an exit or a connection so you're not battling hundreds of people!Not updated for couple of years, the northern line extension to battersea is not there, nor the Elizabeth line.It works, it's pretty good but it needs an update - the Elizabeth line needs addingThe map is bit old, missing new starions like Battersea.Great app.. 2. Developer obviously lost interest.This used to be a great app, but unless it gets updated to show the new lines (Northern line extension and Elizabeth line) then it's not worth bothering with.Absolutely great app that i use constantly.

1. Fix London Underground Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart London Underground: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the London Underground App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "London Underground" » Open London Underground » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for London Underground » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear London Underground app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from London Underground servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "London Underground" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check London Underground app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, London Underground might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall London Underground. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall London Underground then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing London Underground not working

2. Fix London Underground Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make London Underground be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to London Underground not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, London Underground may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
