1. Atleast put the cutted vedio in sequence so we can post in on insta if you can add this feature this app is wasteThe video clips are saved out of order so they're unusable with Insta stories for me.Video cut length all over the place, some exceed the default 15sec even when specified.

4. I really don't understand why I have to have 3 or 4 split videos for little 20 to 30 second videos that I record.Videos were displayed in the wrong order.

5. It makes a video but it says the file type can't even be watched inside the app and it cannot be shared to Instagram.

6. This was a simple test of a 1:40 video split into 0:15 parts.

1. Fix Story Cutter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Story Cutter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Story Cutter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Story Cutter" » Open Story Cutter for Instagram » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Story Cutter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Story Cutter for Instagram app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Story Cutter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Story Cutter for Instagram" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Story Cutter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Story Cutter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Story Cutter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Story Cutter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Story Cutter not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Story Cutter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Story Cutter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Story Cutter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
