Why should I report an Issue with VGFIT: All-in-one Fitness?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Give a chime or something as an option.It is bad and so not good exercise,it's picture seen in home screen that dispaly in man move,do exercise and when i tap on that exercise that seen only black picture,and it's many exerciset hat so not easy and it hard just,and what seen in playstore picture in real don't seen so i gave it 2 star ⭐✨Amazing app... Totally free, great selection of exercises, well made and explained.

2. For that, these guys have the nerve to bleed customers dry with subscription fees of $5 USD per week! Well, for $260 a year, it is possible to acquire a lot of functionally superior competitor apps that can be bought instead of rented, let alone books or videos.

3. I like especially the real videos, as animated ones in many other similar apps are usually so ugly it's quite distracting.Custom workout never change the video.

4. One of my favorite gym/in home exercise apps for sure!Why would the app be free to download but then you can't do anything until you pay.

5. And in custom I can't add the same exercise more than one so how can I add sets?Giving it one star because they dupe you into installing it as if it's a free app when in reality it's not.

6. The human anatomy does not change all that often and neither do the exercises to train them; all that fitness apps do is vary their sequence and repetitions a little bit.

7. The fact it gives you a preview of the exercise before the countdown to understand the exercise is a plus 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾Stop with the loud robot voice barking orders.

8. VGFIT `perfecto´.Just downloaded the app I'm impressed by the simplicity of it and how I just can pick an exercise and it just walks you through it.

9. Why can't so many of these apps recognize that that shouldn't be the ONLY sound option.

1. Fix VGFIT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VGFIT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VGFIT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VGFIT" » Open VGFIT: All-in-one Fitness » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VGFIT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VGFIT: All-in-one Fitness app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VGFIT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VGFIT: All-in-one Fitness" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VGFIT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VGFIT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VGFIT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VGFIT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VGFIT not working

2. Fix VGFIT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VGFIT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VGFIT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VGFIT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
