Pa Customer Insights

1. So i know its not my phone@ all!The app sucks it takes too long to upload and checking out is a nightmare because it lags and it says all the time still processing so which means all the awesome pieces I go after every single one gets yanked out of my cart so quick it's ridiculous and with all this happening Paparazzi needs to get this fixed or you're going to have a bunch of Consultants that's going to end up not being able to sell anything because they can't get anything because the apps not working correctlyI'm so over being a consultant.

2. I have uninstalled 2x no change.I get stuff in my cart when new pieces drop and then in checkout, the system STALLS and by the time it corrects itself (2mins later) most of what I'm ordering goes away! Like I'm checking out 1 min past the time stuff is released! ABSOLUTELY FRUSTRATING I'M MISSING OUT ON SO MANY PIECES!I have updated the application, however, on the site it keeps giving me notifications to update.

3. (I'm NOT enrolled in fashion fix) but now my FF section comes out blank when I click on it, why? Done with the company!!New issue!!! Not letting my pictures upload to my phone with update Issue all this week.

4. Now I'm not getting push notifications, most of the time when I log in it takes forever to load, it's not showing all of the new releases when they come out, and it takes forever to total up my cart so I end up missing out on items before I even get the chance to pay.

5. I add to my cart, then 20 seconds later, it's gone!!! Why does paparazzi do this? They keep saying they want us to "succeed" as independent consultants, yet all good pieces are gone within a minute.

6. Makes me irritatedI have Uninstaller and reinstalled the app because it says I need to update from 30.0.4 to 30.0.6 version but it will not allow to update.

7. It showed me i need to get updated to the 4.6 version which i thought it would do it or if i went out it would show an update.

8. I DID takes forever to load my the time it uploads its 5 to 8 minutes into the drop.

9. For now, I will have to uninstall.App update to convention and I can no longer download order photos.

10. Few months ago, I was able to order from the fashion fix section after all ENROLLED consultants would order on the 4th.

11. Please, please, please do an update!!!This app worked well in the beginning.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pa Issues

1. Fix Pa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pa App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pa" » Open Paparazzi Accessories » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pa » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Paparazzi Accessories app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pa servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paparazzi Accessories" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pa might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pa then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pa not working


2. Fix Pa Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I AM FURIOUS!!! Under GDPR I demand that this account be deleted. Someone created a fake account for my son jamesessery and is posting awful pictures! He never had an account and I only had to create this to get this fake account deleted asap! Some of his friends called him today to let him know about this. This is very damaging to any child and I will seek damages if it is not removed!
