1. If you can't login, that's probably why ;) I love it! Works fabulously!I love this! Ive been using it once I've found out about it! Once you have Revolution Pro in your back office this is an awesome tool!I love this app in conjunction to the Paparazzi Pro feature.

2. There is no other App for Paparazzi Jewelry.All the negative reviews are unwarranted... this app is JUST for Independent Consultants who pay for the PRO version of the back office.

3. The ONLY reason I didn't give the app 5 stars is because I had to hunt down the answer as to why I couldn't sign in as it isn't mentioned on the details of the app so it seems like it's a tool for all consultants.

4. Other than that fact the app is great... sooooo much better than the mobile site version we get.Tried to open the App.

5. I can not view commissions.Works great and once you achieve the rank of Producer or above, the fee is waved.

6. If not, you'll want the regular app.Everything I click on (example commissions tab) it takes me back to the main screen.

1. Fix Pa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pa" » Open Paparazzi Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paparazzi Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paparazzi Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pa not working

2. Fix Pa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
