1. I had one issue concerning the earth kmls that were being loaded, customer support responded in less than an hour and a resolve fixed the issue in less than 24 hours! That is outstanding support!Currently only been useful for displaying GPX recorded on my camera - recording thru app says its started, raises no warnings, then only complains abt no permissions when I try to close / save, and my track is gone.

2. Realize some of this is Android but surely if using a minimalist interface with the implied 'just go, running' approach then test first before wasting (paying) users time??The weather feature gives me the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, but the rainfall in mm.

3. Most of the trails have no cell service, and the offline maps are better than Google's online versions when hikingI'm using this app as a moving map for flying a complex pipeline system.

4. Love that I can create waypoints of interest in Google MyMaps, then overlay them on a trail by loading both files into GPX Viewer.

5. Take some time to explore the app before you start! I believe that to make your own alternative GPX routes you need a computer, not just the phone app.

1. Fix GPX Viewer PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPX Viewer PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPX Viewer PRO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPX Viewer PRO" » Open GPX Viewer PRO » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPX Viewer PRO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPX Viewer PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPX Viewer PRO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPX Viewer PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPX Viewer PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPX Viewer PRO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPX Viewer PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPX Viewer PRO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPX Viewer PRO not working

2. Fix GPX Viewer PRO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GPX Viewer PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GPX Viewer PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GPX Viewer PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
