Very frustrating.App not working correctly eg distance and my pace is not correct I have done everything possible to correct it😑Hi I'm a biker from Iran, I wanna use this app to track and calculate my routes but as I haven't used of it don't know how it works?My phone is motorola one hyper and it says its not compatible with my phone.

2. Maybe there could be easier clearer instructionsGreat app for learning new routes, fairly easy to use too! Can be a tiny bit fiddly to move through strava from within this app but to be honest that is probably me being Hyper critical.Very helpful, but the interface is clunky.

3. Only thing I would say is why not just incorporate this expert GPX function in to the strava app itself! I'm giving this 5 star but Strava 4 stars until this function is added..Trying to downgrade, but the app just keeps resetting to the home page as soon as it gets to the page I want.

4. before i had to check the routes of friends on strava and recreate the routes on Locus maps.

1. Fix StraGPX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart StraGPX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the StraGPX App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StraGPX" » Open StraGPX: follow the track! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StraGPX » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear StraGPX: follow the track! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StraGPX servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StraGPX: follow the track!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check StraGPX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StraGPX might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall StraGPX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StraGPX then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StraGPX not working

2. Fix StraGPX Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StraGPX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StraGPX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StraGPX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
