1. If you use Snapseed or just want your photos uploaded to IG to keep their original ratio, this app works well.I love love love this app! I use it to add custom watermarks on all my memes, pictures and other photo content.

2. I would be missing : select custom export directory, save original exif data and/or does not rename the new file (keep the original filename).

1. Fix White Border Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart White Border: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the White Border App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "White Border" » Open White Border: Square Fit Photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for White Border » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear White Border: Square Fit Photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from White Border servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "White Border: Square Fit Photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check White Border app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, White Border might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall White Border. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall White Border then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing White Border not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make White Border be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
