5. However, have I mentioned how great the filters are?Like others have stated, I purchased filters multiple times and was charged but didn't recieve them.

1. Fix Black & White Photo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Black & White Photo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Black & White Photo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Black & White Photo" » Open Black & White Photo: Darkroom Film Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Black & White Photo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Black & White Photo: Darkroom Film Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Black & White Photo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Black & White Photo: Darkroom Film Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Black & White Photo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Black & White Photo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Black & White Photo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Black & White Photo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Black & White Photo not working
