Why should I report an Issue with Border for Photo&Video?

Thats not good.Was prompted to rate this app after only editing 2 photos, and I know if I don't do it now it'll just keep prompting me, so I'm giving it 3 stars because it seems to work just fine but I haven't had time to get a feel for it yet and app creators need to have more realistic expectations.

2. - A rotate function with basic crop and editing tools would be awesome - Resolution scaling capabilities would be nice too Other than that, I have loved the app, just wish it had a few more features to make it perfectI have been using the app for so long.

3. Might come back and change my rating later.Installed it to adjust the aspect ratio of my photos just to find out the feature is paid.

4. Problem has been resolved - Back to 5 stars!Works great! About a third if the time.

5. Reinstalling doesn't help.Really really good! Retains photo quality and has simple yet effective interface.

6. It is the first thing that is advertised in the pictures of the app - you could as well advertise the app as paid to avoid misunderstandings (I have already uninstalled).Awesome app! Very Straight forward, not complicated.

7. It is my first time to try it and is saying the video cannot be exported.

9. Would love to see an option for 5x4 and 4x5 with borders as instagram supports these aspect ratio.

1. Fix Border Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Border: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Border App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Border" » Open Border for Photo&Video » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Border » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Border for Photo&Video app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Border servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Border for Photo&Video" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Border app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Border might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Border. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Border then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Border not working

2. Fix Border Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Border be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Border not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Border may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
