Ultiself Customer Insights

1. The one thing that I don't like is if you add a new habit too far into the week to complete it the chosen number of times and don't remember if you completed it earlier in the week, it messes with your completion percentage.I wish I paid attention to the low star reviews.

2. My 4 stars is really just it's a bit simple and a bit high cost for other stuff..sorry! Hanging in.AI for habits doesn't work.

3. And once you pay to unlock features, they ask you to pay more to unlock some more features and on and on until I paid around 90 bucks!!! And all the information they let you have after that from experts... I found it all on other apps or on the internet for freeI've used the app for over 2 weeks.

4. Even simple things like trying to click the circles to track each habit do not work well (because the habit box tries to move instead of the circle being checked).

5. Its like a coach in my pocket!I absolutely love this app! Everything in one place and easy for on the go! Habits, Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Personal Development, Etc.

6. Aside from that content (which you could research yourself) I don't believe the app to be better than other FREE habit trackers.

7. The analysis.of my habits is missing, poor, or downright wrong.

8. I barely use it to track habits because I get annoyed by the clicking issue and give up.

9. The amount of information on each of their habits is copious.

10. I haven't had any trouble deleting or adding habits.

11. The habits it picked for me were weird and even though I chose not to use them, they don't go away from the daily summary page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ultiself Issues

1. Fix Ultiself Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ultiself: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ultiself App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultiself" » Open Ultiself - Habit Tracker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultiself » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ultiself - Habit Tracker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultiself servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultiself - Habit Tracker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ultiself app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultiself might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultiself. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultiself then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ultiself not working


2. Fix Ultiself Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ultiself be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ultiself not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ultiself may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I don't know how to log in or use the app, but it isn't listed on my Google play subscriptions and I do not know how go cancel. I have a $37 pending charge right now but unfortunately my account is negative so obviously I can't afford it so I just need whatever I signed up for to be canceled! Thanks so much for your help!

  • I saw your add through instagram. All it said was for $5 I would get a personalized program so I paid it. I just saw a charge on my bank account for $78 yesterday that I was not made aware of before it was taken out. Also, I went to download the app and it said it wasn’t even available in my area!?! I would like a full refund please as soon as possible.

  • Please help me with this subscription,i meant to purchase it only for a month but i didn t have an option for this,only for a year,and the face ID apparently made the purchase and i forgot about it.i only meant to try it for a little time,i can t use it a whole year,because i have a busy schedule and exams next year,i don’t even have time to use the phone!!im missing learning right now to write a message,it s not ok and the money was taken from my parents acount….and they are not ok with the amount for a year,when i asked for a month.the expire date says 19.10.2024,which is this day next year please give them through refound because i thought i would use it a month to help boost coping with stress with scool starting,but i didn t see an option when i wanted to aply for a month.it was a misunderstanding at the middle,please do something about it!

  • I only wanted to buy the $37 Ultiself. As I was scrolling down I accidentally hit the $77 charge I did not want. There was no way to reverse this mistake and my credit card was charged.   • I'd like to cancel a recent transaction that was processed online. I had purchased the $37 Ultiself bundle when my phone glitched and processed a secondary purchase of $97, for what I presume is a secondary special. I was unable to get to the end of my transaction and see my next steps, yet both the $37 and $97 purchases do appear on my credit statement.
