Ultiself | Self-Improvement Customer Insights

1. The one thing that I don't like is if you add a new habit too far into the week to complete it the chosen number of times and don't remember if you completed it earlier in the week, it messes with your completion percentage.I wish I paid attention to the low star reviews.

2. My 4 stars is really just it's a bit simple and a bit high cost for other stuff..sorry! Hanging in.AI for habits doesn't work.

3. And once you pay to unlock features, they ask you to pay more to unlock some more features and on and on until I paid around 90 bucks!!! And all the information they let you have after that from experts... I found it all on other apps or on the internet for freeI've used the app for over 2 weeks.

4. Even simple things like trying to click the circles to track each habit do not work well (because the habit box tries to move instead of the circle being checked).

5. Its like a coach in my pocket!I absolutely love this app! Everything in one place and easy for on the go! Habits, Diet, Exercise, Sleep, Personal Development, Etc.

6. Aside from that content (which you could research yourself) I don't believe the app to be better than other FREE habit trackers.

7. The analysis.of my habits is missing, poor, or downright wrong.

8. I barely use it to track habits because I get annoyed by the clicking issue and give up.

9. The amount of information on each of their habits is copious.

10. I haven't had any trouble deleting or adding habits.

11. The habits it picked for me were weird and even though I chose not to use them, they don't go away from the daily summary page.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ultiself | Self-Improvement Issues

1. Fix Ultiself | Self-Improvement Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ultiself | Self-Improvement: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ultiself | Self-Improvement App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultiself | Self-Improvement" » Open Ultiself | Self-Improvement » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultiself | Self-Improvement » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ultiself | Self-Improvement app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultiself | Self-Improvement servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultiself | Self-Improvement" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ultiself | Self-Improvement app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultiself | Self-Improvement might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultiself | Self-Improvement. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultiself | Self-Improvement then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ultiself | Self-Improvement not working


2. Fix Ultiself | Self-Improvement Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ultiself | Self-Improvement be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ultiself | Self-Improvement not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ultiself | Self-Improvement may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Dear Utiself Support team,

    I've been trying to resolve this issue since May. When I subscribed to your app I was supposedly getting it through a special offer, I immediately got charged USD 38. I thought maybe something was not explained during the offer and I tried to dispute it but no one helped, so I gave up and accepted to pay it as a one-time cost, however, I had another charge in June, and another one in July, each for another USD 38!!!
    I don't accept these charges, I've been trying to stop the charges and cancel the subscription everywhere but no one has helped. Please please I need help with this ASAP. I didn't like the app, nor the service, the app wasn't as friendly as the ad claimed when I got it, I definitely don't want it.

  • Hi Just started with your app was satisfied with the beginning fees and then it just kept adding more fees. This is not a good business model to provide motivational self help to people. You just creat anger and anxiety for the person that you are getting funnelled into a bottomless pit without even yet having tried the process.
    Not satisfied with my experience on the front end.
    Also became disconnected from the registration process, money has been taken of my card and I have not received anything and am out money with no access to what I should have access to.
    Refund my money.

  • I saw your add through instagram. All it said was for $5 I would get a personalized program so I paid it. I just saw a charge on my bank account for $78 yesterday that I was not made aware of before it was taken out. Also, I went to download the app and it said it wasn’t even available in my area!?!   • Please help me with this subscription,i meant to purchase it only for a month but i didn t have an option for this,only for a year,and the face ID apparently made the purchase and i forgot about it.i only meant to try it for a little time,i can t use it a whole year,because i have a busy schedule and exams next year,i don’t even have time to use the phone!!im missing learning right now to write a message,it s not ok and the money was taken from my parents acount….and they are not ok with the amount for a year,when i asked for a month.the expire date says 19.10.2024,which is this day next year please give them through refound because i thought i would use it a month to help boost coping with stress with scool starting,but i didn t see an option when i wanted to aply for a month.it was a misunderstanding at the middle,please do something about it!

  • I only wanted to buy the $37 Ultiself. As I was scrolling down I accidentally hit the $77 charge I did not want. There was no way to reverse this mistake and my credit card was charged. I had purchased the $37 Ultiself bundle when my phone glitched and processed a secondary purchase of $97, for what I presume is a secondary special. I was unable to get to the end of my transaction and see my next steps, yet both the $37 and $97 purchases do appear on my credit statement.
