Cubii Customer Insights

1. The instructions to add strides manually are inaccurate -- there is no way to add manually.There use to be no problem connecting Bluetooth, but now I have to restart the phone about half the time.

2. This is a minor issue, but having to do it each time open yhe app gets to being an aggravationI love my Cubii.

3. I have two Cubii Pros and it works pretty well but it doesn't auto pick the device even though they are miles apart.

4. However, it's adjustable in app ... which suggests that the device's resistance setting could be altered remotely; this doesn't work either.

5. I've restarted the app, my bluetooth, my phone several times, and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app as well as resetting my Cubii and unpairing/repairing it.

6. Even though I am going on a six, all of my information such as calories burnt are being equated by a resistance of number one setting.

7. My app disconnects from my Cubii several times a day, requiring me to manually disconnect and reconnect the app to the Cubii so that it can update my progress.

8. The only minor annoyance is that you have to manually select the resistance to which the machine is set, rather than automatic detection.

9. It seems like the pro version would be able to tell the app which resistance setting that was selected.

10. The only other thing I can think of is that it doesnt seem to know which resistance setting I have selected on the unit.

11. I thought at least it would show the current resistance setting of the device; it does not.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cubii Issues

1. Fix Cubii Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cubii: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cubii App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cubii" » Open Cubii » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cubii » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cubii app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cubii servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cubii" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cubii app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cubii might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cubii. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cubii then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cubii not working


2. Fix Cubii Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cubii be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cubii not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cubii may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
