Why should I report an Issue with Vibease?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Ansi Labs to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work, neither did cache clearing or restarting phone.I've used the app previously worth no issues but now everytime I try to connect a device it kicks me out of the app.

2. Since this is the kind of thing you want private, it's inconvenient to choose between keeping your settings or not having a notification for it foreverApp shuts down when trying to download most audio books or play any demos.

3. Not the worst though.Over a year later and still no fixes.... Now it only works on WiFi(can't download audios w mobile data) and as soon as I download an audio it crashes and brings me back to the Google Play page for it.

4. Also why does Vibease need access to your media to play a sample?!? I don't want it saving clips of audios on it; what happens if a young relative 'borrows' my phone and finds them?Worked on a previous phone.

5. App constantly crashes, tells me there's a bug the providers need to fix, only ever managed to connect the device to app once despite trying hundreds (not exaggerating there) of times.

6. Ruins the mood everytime, super frustrating... Also just because I say yes, I liked an audio, doesn't mean I want it on my favorites list, that's annoying as well.

7. My phone service and internet are perfect and the connection on the app still goes back and forth so there is delay when my partner is trying to use the device on me because we end up appearing offline for each other at times.

8. Please fix this and I can give a better rating.Good audio's for the most part, would love the app if it didn't shut down randomly & often, in the middle of an audio, or if I can get through an entire audio to the end it then freezes forcing me to restart it, consistently.

9. Don't waste your money!Touch and go on staying connected, when trying to connect the app shuts down and claims there is a bug.

10. Tried reinstalling and seeing if there were any updates but nothing works... So now I can't use this with my long distance bf, great.It's a great idea.

1. Fix Vibease Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vibease: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vibease App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vibease" » Open Vibease » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vibease » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vibease app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vibease servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vibease" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vibease app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vibease might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vibease. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vibease then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vibease not working

2. Fix Vibease Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vibease be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vibease not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vibease may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
