1. * Doesn't allow copy paste in a phone number entry field * Endless'retry' loop on network change * Doesn't also Bluetooth headsets, in an app made for a video call... It is hard to imagine how incompetence can produce the decisions resulting in this behaviour.
2. They forward me to someone else who says the same... Awful user experience.Absolutely horrible experience! Constant delays, could not be understood, sat in the same i do all my video calls on a daily basis yet they could not secure a connection that didn't have a 5 second delay, scrambled image and taking multiple pictures of my documents because it wasn't working.
3. Guess UBS is really still focused on physical visit to the teller.After many tries, video identification simply does not work.Doesn't work.
4. Opened a bank account in 20 minutes without leaving my house.Technical error, service unavailabledisaster.
5. Over 300 taps if you're over 25 years old.Waste of time! There is no way to open just a saving account which supposed to be free of charge.
6. The UBS website promotes free saving account and points to the app download which only allows creating a paid package based account.
7. The only thing that can be improved is the date of birth box, where you cannot manually enter your birthday; instead you must tap the back button month by month, from today's date, all the way to your day of birth and year.
8. Over 20 minutes of frustration! I felt sorry for the poor woman trying to make this system work.
9. * Doesn't ask for permissions in the beginning, crashes when given permissions later and forgets all inputs on restart.
10. Calling the support number given with the error message did not help, I was told that they are not responsible for the app.
11. Tried another smaller bank, took 5minutes and the account was setup.
