1. Could you also add expense tracking and deactivate subscription? It would make it easier to know what I already paid and also eliminate the need to add the same service again.Great app so far! However, it would be helpful if VPN services and Funimation were added to the list, as well as the ability to set the billing cycle to every 2 years.

Living in New Zealand only the global subscription's show up leaving misplaced emojis to being the only in-between alternative, otherwise great app.Updated review: Notifications, which initially never showed up despite the app being given permission to bypass DND and exempted from battery optimisations, started showing up as expected this week.

3. User interface is also very simple and elegant looking.Looks good and love the logos for the different services, but barely give reminders at all.

4. That said, I would like the ability to upload a custom image icon for those services, besides just an emoji.

5. All it needs now is the ability for notifications to repeat the next month without manually turning back on for 5 stars.The rate app button doesn't seem to work.

6. Reason for 3 star is for the lack of backup and ability to take the subscription list from one device to another.

7. I hope to change this review any time soon.This is a really cool and practical app, especially since it lets you set the dates and regularity of your subscription payments.

8. There are a bunch of subscription presets that you can work with, but you can also add services that aren't already programmed into the app.

9. Also, the currency for the average/total/pending is always in euros even though I set all of my subscriptions' currencies to USD.Giving this 4 stars since you can't currently set the reminder to repeat, but it is shown as coming soon.

10. For example, I use Marvel Unlimited, and I'd like to add a Marvel icon for it, but as far as I can tell, I can't.Its a very handy and good looking app.

11. I like the ability to set icons and colors to make the list nice looking.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Billbot Issues

1. Fix Billbot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Billbot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Billbot App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Billbot" » Open Billbot - Subscription manager » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Billbot » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Billbot - Subscription manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Billbot servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Billbot - Subscription manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Billbot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Billbot might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Billbot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Billbot then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Billbot not working


2. Fix Billbot Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Billbot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Billbot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Billbot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
