Now every time I open the app, there's a message pops up saying "error occurred, try again" It's disappointingI dont know about the IOS version but the android's one is really bad, I keep getting msg that there is no connection even tho there was and I openned a discussion with a doctor and waited for like 10 to 15m with no response but when I disconnect and reconnect to the wi-fi I realized that he have sent me 3 msg and did not show, I got a notification about the discussion got close even tho I did not get a live appdate on that, so I had to reconnect until I saw the msges...I can't get a consultation because the app keep asking to give permission to location, i gave the permission but still the same message keep repeating.

2. The way it allows you to select the date of birth is very bad.This is really of great help, Thanks... For all those finding it difficult to enter DOB during registration, tap on the year to scroll up and down to your desired selection...البرنامج جميل وخدمي ومفيد، لكن فقدت بيانات دخولي واستعادة الرقم السري لاتعمل وسئ ويعلق ولازال لا استطيع الدخول لحسابي.

3. In general, app is great but support is awful and bad.I can't get consultation anymore, after being asked to wait for 10 mins the app restarts and nothing happens so I booked an appointment then when it was time for it it simply disappeared and counted the consultation.The apps is confusing for the expat.

4. It worked for me once and I tried to contact with a doctor who keeps me waiting for over 10 minutes and had 2 consults left though I hadn't been consulted after that much time of waiting.

6. App is great and useful but never ever lost your credential login info, because you will not get any respones from app to reset your password or username.

7. Cannot able to proceed...The calendar used for signing up in the app should give the choice to enter the birth year.

8. You can change to English later after registering.Very easy to use, providing professional and sound medical consultations.

9. The app keeps crashing every time I try to open it.

10. It's not user friendly now.Looks like an excellent attempt to give free medical services.

11. I had some queries re my medications, it only took 5 minutes or less to put me back on the right track and professionally address my queries.
