2. I came from abroad and trying to register my self since last 4 days but couldn't Country slection option also dose not work /couldn't select.

I had to repeat one sentence repeatedlySetting it up wasn't bad, but the initial questions didn't make sense, they haven't updated the app for a 2 day quarantine for return flights, it is still showing 14 days, and when I called 937 asked for English, I got transferred to an Arabic speaker who told me to call back and hung up on me.

4. I receive notifications every 30 minutes to share location! I called the hotline 2 times and they ask me to wait for someone to call me back in few hours and no one calls!! I sent on the app 2 times that I need help and also no one is calling me.

5. I am trying to register from 7 days but every time after entering the details of Iqama, DOB and mobile number i click on 'Next' button, it comes with a message "an error has been occoured".

6. I deleted and redownload this app several times but it occurs the same problem from the first time I tried to create account in this app.

7. I had travelled to Saudi Arabia about almost 2 days ago from my hometown country but when I try to choose which nation am I arrived, it doesn't appear (the choice).

8. I've sent a message through the application regarding this obstacle, then I tried to call 937, they told me to wait a call from the technical support and till now I did not receive any call.Terrible app.

9. Services needed to be enhanced.I am trying to create an account in this unfortunately couldn't successeded.
