1. Select your default PHC/Primary Health Center from home screen location map and set as default go to book appointment Tab and select patient by name book the next available time slot with date and time and confirm the booking.

2. Timings also is essential so you have to go early on the appointment time.Thanks God I was able to book appointment, before starting the app first time go to setting and allow permission for location and hard drive acccess to this app.

3. I was not able to add dependent because registry service not running well with portal so gave 4 🌟.The easiest way to book an appointment with nearby government's clinics.

4. Other than that I would say it is a great app.EASY TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.

5. Stuff like that takes this app to a whole lever 🙏♥️It was perfect and we have been using it for a year already but only yesterday when I'm about to make an appointment that I see there is nothing available in the app.

6. They are not bother to deny services on appointment date and time without giving you the reason.

7. I was given instructions by MOH to download this app to book an appointment.

8. It doesn't let me book an appointment.

9. The only downside is that you can only book an appointment within the current month.

10. I tried and received an SMS confirmation for my appointment but the location provided was incorrect.

11. Just a suggestion, why not add my results from the clinics here? I have diabetes and I want to see when was the last time I had glocouse test and what was the result.

1. Fix Mawid (موعد) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mawid (موعد): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mawid (موعد) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mawid (موعد)" » Open Mawid (موعد) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mawid (موعد) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mawid (موعد) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mawid (موعد) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mawid (موعد)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mawid (موعد) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mawid (موعد) might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mawid (موعد). If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mawid (موعد) then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mawid (موعد) not working

2. Fix Mawid (موعد) Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mawid (موعد) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mawid (موعد) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
