Why should I report an Issue with Autosync for MEGA - MegaSync?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. With a bounty of feature and customization options for each and every sync you create, makes this a MUST have for users of Mega.nz cloud storage.Always fail when I want to sync large files "download failed permanently -5" I don't suggest to pay for this app.

2. Only auto sync for meg CAN'T download thoose files !!The latest version fails to connect to mega on a new device.

3. Could use more detailed error reporting.Good app to have if you want to keep your device backed up to your Mega cloud drive.

4. Overall I would say it's worth having this app handy if you are a Mega.nz user keeping important backups on the cloud.A++ I have also used AutoSync for OneDrive from the same developer and this works just as well but with Mega.

6. One folder I may want to only sync one-way and another I want two-way sync as well as many other sync options.

1. Fix Autosync Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Autosync: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Autosync App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Autosync" » Open Autosync for MEGA - MegaSync » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Autosync » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Autosync for MEGA - MegaSync app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Autosync servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Autosync for MEGA - MegaSync" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Autosync app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Autosync might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Autosync. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Autosync then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Autosync not working

2. Fix Autosync Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Autosync be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Autosync not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Autosync may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
