1. I was directed to the IBM support, then got an enmail they can't help me.Edit: it works again!!! "Unable to download content" tried rebooting the phone, using different wifi available, and always the same error.

2. It's quite annoying.Same issue everyone else seems to be having: when I go to open the app I receive the message "Unable to download content please check your device." I have restarted the app and my phone, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success.

3. I paid and then it told me to log in, I log in and it says I have to renew my subscription, I click continue and Google play pops up and says I already own this item, and then IBM says Error and exits the app... If I click on get help nothing ever loads.

4. When I went to renew this year I paid twice and it is still unable to download content.

5. Micromedex's other apps work just fine.Works great - until you have to renew.

6. Its still telling me that I have to pay to renew my subscription and now I'm unable to get a refund from Google and there's no one to contact via the app.Just like everyone else I am unable to renew.

7. I kept getting an error message that content could not be downloaded, I made the mistake of uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

8. App was great prior, I used to be able to enter my new code to renew.

9. Keep getting infuriating messages about not being able to download updates etc.

10. Anyone actually practicing in a healthcare field will eventually be disappointed.I just had to renew my subscription.
