Why should I report an Issue with MileOn by PC*MILER - Truck Sto?

1. For an hour I have given up Edit: I got it working and it's pretty good actually just double check where it wants you to break and sleep cause sometimes it's not for trucks but it will generally give a couple optionsYou need to implement fuel stops as good break points.

2. The program no longer work.Good in theory but it never adjust times and doesn't take into effect mountain climbing.

3. Can't put in correct appointment if it's already past, can't mark trips complete, can't set earlier stops as done so I can get an up to date plan, can't mark trips complete, doesn't have any way to put any customer info in for the stops, just addresses.

4. Basically if this had a built in log book, and you could just keep it in sync with the ELD so it could tell you if you'll be late for your 5th stop in 8 days and I'll need to do a reset or something... Also wish you could choose a preference for truck stop brands to go to.

5. having to add a stop to offset and make my preplan more accurate or having to redo an entire plan to adjust arrivals to new times is a serious pain.It's kinda hit and miss.

6. For example, this app has me stopping for a 30 min break 1 exit before the stop I need to get fuel by the company.

7. I've had it over a year and it hasn't gotten better with the sudden failures to work.Use to work good.

8. This is the only app that's good at helping trip plan for truck drivers.

9. They teamed with copilot and there a horrible gps and even more complicated to use.Pretty darn good.

10. It doesn't work and a Uninstall and reinstall doesn't fix the issue.

11. No new update, nothing changes, it just stops working.

1. Fix MileOn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MileOn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MileOn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MileOn" » Open MileOn by PC*MILER - Truck Sto » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MileOn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MileOn by PC*MILER - Truck Sto app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MileOn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MileOn by PC*MILER - Truck Sto" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MileOn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MileOn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MileOn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MileOn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MileOn not working

2. Fix MileOn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MileOn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MileOn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MileOn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
